What is WBS?

A whistleblowing system is a mechanism that allows employees, business partners, and other stakeholders to report actions that violate the law, ethics, bribery, corruption, collusion, and nepotism, or company policies safely and confidentially.

What Can Be Reported?

1. Corruption and bribery
2. Financial fraud
3. Abuse of authority
4. Violation of internal policies
5. Other unethical actions

How to Report

2. Include detailed information such as:

• • Chronology of the incident.
  • Supporting evidence (if any).
  • Identity of the perpetrator (optional).

Protection for Reporters

1. The identity of the reporter is guaranteed to be confidential.
2. The identity of the reporter is allowed to be anonymous.
3. There is no retaliation, intimidation, or discrimination.
4. Handling of reports is carried out objectively and professionally.
