Mr. Taufik is a registered Intellectual Property Consultant in Indonesia and leads the firm’s Trademark Department, where he advises clients on trademark prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement strategies. He is known for his ability to align legal protection with commercial and brand objectives, drawing on his multidisciplinary background in both marketing and law.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Marketing Communication, equipping him with a strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer perception, and market positioning—an advantage in developing effective trademark protection strategies in competitive markets. He further obtained a Master of Laws from Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH), with a thesis focusing on the protection of Geographical Indications as a mechanism to enhance local community welfare through the utilization of local resources.

Mr. Taufik works closely with the firm’s legal team to manage complex trademark matters and ensure seamless follow-up across prosecution, enforcement, and advisory work. His practice reflects a pragmatic and commercially driven approach valued by both domestic and international clients.

He is an active member of leading professional associations, including APPA, AIPPI, INTA, AKHKI, and ASEAN IPA. Mr. Taufik not only regularly attends membership meetings of these associations, but also actively participates in discussions at every opportunity, contributing to professional exchanges on current developments in regional and international trademark practice.
