Through years of dedication and expertise, Novi currently serves as Head of the Department of Patent Administration, overseeing patent management processes and supporting clients in protecting their innovations.

In 2020, Novi earned certification as an Intellectual Property (IP) Consultant, further strengthening professional competence in IP services and advisory work.
