Jusa Kwinto is a collaborative leader with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology, management, and business strategy. Appointed as a Partner at Biro Oktroi Roosseno, he also serves as the Support and Enabler Group Coordinator, focusing on synergizing departments to drive organizational efficiency.

With an academic foundation in Mathematics and Management Information Systems, Jusa’s technical expertise spans from the early DOS era to modern digital ecosystems. His leadership has been instrumental in the firm’s strategic development, particularly in implementing international standards such as ISO 9001, 27001, 27701, and 37001.

Beyond his operational roles, Jusa is deeply involved in honoring Indonesia's intellectual heritage. He has coordinated 11 editions of the Roosseno Award, a prestigious national recognition held on the initiative of (the late) Prof. Toeti Heraty Roosseno and Dr. Inda Citraninda Noerhadi. Through this program, he has organized awards for distinguished figures such as Indonesia’s 3rd President, (the late) Prof. Dr. BJ Habibie, Romo Franz Magnis-Suseno, Prof. Dr. Emil Salim, Prof. Saparinah Sadli, and Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok).
