Harry Wirawan is one of the Registered IP Consultant and Advocate in the firm.  Harry connects with clients to provide practical legal advice tailored to achieving business goals.  Harry advises clients on complex trademark protection, copyright, patent, industrial design and other legal issues. 

Harry started to focus in Intellectual Property practice since 2004, and within the 20 years of experience, Harry’s counseling practice includes prosecuting trademarks, designs, patents and copyrights, implementing global trademark protection and enforcement programs, analyzing trademark searches, advising on trademark expansion projects, developing global trademark filing strategies, and conducting trademark clearance. Harry also works with companies to conduct intellectual property audits and develop customized corporate IP policies.  His practice also includes providing advice on intellectual property transfers, preparing licenses and conducting due diligence.  Harry leverages his experiences from working with a diverse client base from some of the world’s top brands to start-up companies, across a wide variety of industries.

Aside from Intellectual Property practice, Harry is also held a bar license in Indonesia, therefore able to assist Clients in litigation as well as other legal matters. As a litigator, Harry represents clients in commercial court litigation, Trademark and Patent Trial and Appeal Board, oppositions and cancellation actions.
