Brianti Satrianti Utami brings extensive experience in intellectual property practice, supported by a strong technical foundation in mechanical engineering and materials science. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Indonesia in 2008 and obtained her Master’s degree from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology in 2012, where her academic research in engineering and materials science was published in international peer-reviewed journals.
Her professional career began with involvement in large-scale national infrastructure projects between 2008 and 2010, providing early exposure to complex engineering systems, regulated industrial environments, and multidisciplinary technical coordination. This experience established a strong practical foundation for her subsequent work in technology-related intellectual property matters.
Since 2012, her practice has focused on patent drafting and prosecution-related work, including the preparation of comprehensive patent specifications, structured claim formulation, and detailed technical disclosure in accordance with patentability standards. She also has experience handling patent prosecution processes, such as responding to office actions, preparing claim amendments, and developing substantive arguments on novelty and inventive step across engineering-based technologies.
Combining engineering insight with disciplined legal analysis, Brianti Satrianti Utami supports clients in securing clear, robust, and defensible patent protection across jurisdictions.
